Online Bookings

All bookings made via the online bookings function on this website are provisional until confirmed by our reception team. We will confirm acceptance of your appointment by either text message or email. Our service level will be to contact you within 1 working day. If you have not heard from us within this time, then please call us on 07885 796274 to check that we have received your online booking. Appointments can only be booked online and not cancelled. Please see the section below on our cancellation policy should you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that sometimes you need to make changes or cancel pre-booked appointments with us. There are a number of ways you can do this. As soon as you are aware that you need to change or cancel an appointment, please either call us on 07885 796274 or email us at info@thefootplace.uk. We would kindly request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of a change or cancellation where possible. This will allow other patients waiting for an appointment to be seen. If you are unable to give us 24 hours’ notice of a change or cancellation, then a charge of £20.00 will apply.

General Information: Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all the information displayed on this website, The Foot Place (Alvechurch) Limited cannot accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements featured on the website should they find such alterations necessary.
